OUR STORY

Working Hour’s energetic, cathartic music splashes pop sensibilities against a canvas of alternative rock - creating a unique but familiar sound.

In early 2022, Riley Shearon (not jumping) and TJ Hyer (jumping) officially formed Working Hour after discovering a mutual interest in alternative pop rock music whilst attending college in Mobile, AL. Working Hour quickly self produced, then released, two EPs and four singles throughout the rest of the year with the assistance of Grammy nominated mixing engineer Paul Kimsal (GAYLE, Youngblud).

A year later and Working Hour has amassed over 100,000 streams on Spotify and Apple Music. The band obviously connected with many fans very quickly. They believe that many of their fans felt an immediate connection to the band and their music because they identify with the universal themes of love, isolation, loneliness, and caution towards technology.
